Parking can be difficult, especially during busy times. The access alleyway was poorly lit, making it unsafe to navigate at night.

Clean, modern decor, great use of space. Outdoor seating area and dining area were lovely. Comfortable bed with space on both sides. Close to beach and town center. Comfortable and ideal for two people. Good facilities and arrangements. Would use again. Improved water pressure in the bathroom would be helpful for sea swimmers.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with the beach right on our doorstep and plenty of shops and eating places nearby. I also appreciated that the hotel was dog-friendly, as I brought my furry friend along. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and a well-designed dining area. Beachside provided excellent value for the price and I would highly recommend it.

Great beachfront location, value for money and well-stocked apartment with bonus items from previous occupant. Convenient to town centre and spacious for two people, with good kitchen and living room facilities. Loved the courtyard, clean rooms, high-pressure shower, and enjoyable dinner at nearby Osteria restaurant.

The location of this property was fantastic, just a short walk to both the beach and the high street. It was also very clean and well-maintained. the welcome pack with coffee and shortbread was a lovely touch.

One issue I had was with the keycode access. I was told I would receive an email on the day of arrival, which made me a little uneasy since I was leaving early.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Beachside in North Berwick. The house was spotlessly clean and spacious, providing everything we needed and even some extras like salt and pepper. The location was perfect, being quiet yet right in the middle of town. We loved the convenience of having plenty of take-aways and restaurants just a few minutes' walk away. It truly felt like a home away from home with all the amenities provided.

Our stay at Beachside - North Berwick Villa was excellent. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the High Street with all the shops. The villa was freshly decorated and very well equipped, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day exploring. We also appreciated the central location, as it made it convenient to access all the attractions and amenities in the area.

Though there were a few drawbacks, such as the uneven slabs that made it difficult for my mum with her push along and wheelchair, and the smoke alarm that beeped all night and was out of reach for my sister, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience at the villa. The only other minor discomfort was the two-seater couch, which could benefit from new or re-foamed cushions for better comfort while watching TV or relaxing at night.

The Beachside in North Berwick is a fantastic place for a family with kids. The house is clean and spacious, with all the amenities we needed. The newly done interior was fresh and inviting, and the big bathroom and shower were a plus. The living and dining room area was great, especially with the lovely French doors leading to an outdoor courtyard. The location is superb, being both quiet and right in the middle of town. We appreciated the basics in the kitchen, as well as the provided hairdryer. The house was very well kept and clean, with plenty of great towels available.
